Return Policy:

At Motherhood by Snehal, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed items with original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that items that are damaged, worn, or missing original tags are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at motherhoodbysnehal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges. All sales are final once the return window has closed. In the event that we approve a return under exceptional circumstances (e.g., defective products), we will issue store credit or an exchange at our discretion. Store credit, if issued, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and may be used toward any purchase on our website. Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please email us immediately at motherhoodbysnehal@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
